John Tino
Senior Production Artist, Loblaw Brands

With extensive experience as a graphic artist, my journey began with an apprenticeship in typography during a time when it was a specialized trade and craft. As technology advanced, typography merged with the broader field of design and graphic arts, which led me into the dynamic world of design studios.Initially, my focus was on creating artwork for consumer packaged goods companies, primarily for National Brand accounts. However, as my knowledge expanded, I also delved into the unique requirements of Retailer brands and their specific needs. As my experience expanded, I transitioned into collaborative roles, working closely with CPG companies as both a graphic artist and a facilitator. In these roles, I maintained a connection to my passion for creating accurate artwork while also ensuring seamless coordination between design and business objectives. This involved efficiently integrating graphics workflows with overall business processes, resulting in a harmonious alignment between design and business goals.
